The Europe Day activities organized by The Greater Amman Municipality and The European Union National Institutes for Culture celebrating the anniversary of European Union foundation wrapped up.
The events held at Downtown Amman s Hashemite Plaza were concluded with a concert titled Balkan Fusion featured a number of performances by Paprika and local musicians including vocalist Laila Sabbagh.
With its members hailing from Romania Serbia and the UK Paprika blends traditional Eastern European Balkan Gypsy and Classical music.
The band has toured extensively across Europe Australia New Zealand and Japan.
The concert was attended by EU Ambassador to Jordan Joanna Wronecka GAM s city deputy director for districts and environmental affairs Bassem Tarawneh and many ambassadors and diplomats.
Europe Day this year included various activities around the country to present basic information about the European Union to Jordanians.
