As part of the initiative of Greater Amman Municipality in protecting children s rights, Zaha Cultural Center prepared a special fully-equipped room for children age under five to provide them the required entertainment and education that enhance their mental abilities and social understanding.
The room is supervised by a group of specialists in education and psychiatrists who will help the children to enjoy their time at the center.
Mrs. Rania Sbeih, director of Zaha center, stated that the children room at the center is open for every kid, to preserve his/her right in having the proper time to play, entertain and activate with all the required means and abilities that help in upgrading their talents and skills. She emphasized that children have the right to participate.
Diversification is also applied in the children room at Zaha center, where kinds of entertainment and quizzes are available. The main objective of these games is to help expanding the mental powers of the child and makes him think globally.
The room helps in developing the social integration of the child and enhances his/her motions and linguistic abilities. This is involving emotions, self-confidence, and writing abilities.
