The program for developing the capabilities of employees and developing work mechanisms at the Zaha Center

The program aims to develop the infrastructure of Zaha centers in addition to raising the capabilities of the staff to enable them to provide programs with a high level of quality that competes with programs offered by the private sector. The program includes the following activities and initiatives:

01 Accrediting 90% of the training certificates for the training programs offered within the academies of Zaha Centers by the approved bodies for each program (Ministry of Education, the Jordanian Sports Federation, ...) (Obtaining the accreditation of 90% of the training programs at the Zaha Cultural Center from accredited bodies in the Kingdom, where the accreditation indicates the efficiency of the training methodology and its conformity with the accreditation bodies and increases the effectiveness of training in a good manner that has a positive impact on the center’s services.

02 Working on preparing training programs in Zaha’s cultural centers to obtain the approval of the ISO specification for educational services by improving the quality of education and the entire educational process through continuous overseeing educational processes and increasing the satisfaction of service recipients with the education services provided.

03 Qualifying the overseeing and evaluating staff in the main branch and the monitoring and evaluation liaison officers in the branches to use accredited computer programs for overseeing and evaluating (koBotoolbox Commcare) by enrolling them in specialized training programs to improve the quality of work and raise the efficiency of employees.

04 Launching the Language Academy in Zaha Cultural Centers, provided that it includes 7 languages.

05 Providing a server for the warehouse system of the Zaha Cultural Center, linking all centers to the main center in Khalda.

06 Completing the installation and operation of the monitoring system (cameras, fingerprint, Internet, and switches).

07 Implementing the terms of partnership with the future International Relief Committee / purchasing a special program for the monitoring and evaluation department.

08 Implementation of the terms of partnership with the future International Relief Committee / raising the capabilities of workers.

09 Implementation of the terms of partnership with the future International Relief Committee / training package.

10 Capacity building initiative for Zaha Cultural Center staff and trainers in all branches
