amman Mayor Akel Biltaji met Country Officer to MENA and Central Asia Directorate Chew Zhen Hao and Singapore s Non Resident Ambassador to Jordan K. Kesavapany and discussed ways to enhance cooperation between Amman and Singapore in various municipal fields.
Biltaji reviewed during the meeting GAM s future projects in addition to plans related to public transport system which are bound to positively reflect on the city’s development.
The ambassador expressed his country s willingness to provide GAM s engineers with the opportunity to participate in a training program to develop their skills related to municipal fields.
He invited, during the meeting attended by city manager Fawzi Massad, GAM to participate in the two conferences taking place in Singapore next year concerning water and related subjects, in addition to clean environment with the participation of many cities in the world.
