Ibrahim Khrais GAM s executive director for assets and supply said a total of 27 tourism offices are located at the park which remains deserted after the end of their working hours. As soon as they finish work at 6pm the area becomes deserted so we want to revive it and attract visitors. In the past the park used to be the main attraction for both Jordanians and tourists alike. It is called a park which means it has to serve the local community and this is why we wanted to try to restore its appeal he added.
