The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) is in the finale stages to fix a “turning-points”, small bridges of precast, on Jamal Abdel Nasir Circle to reduce the traffic congestion on the circle particularly on the peak hours.There is no ongoing work in the site to expand the streets leading to the Jamal Abdel Nasir intersection, including Queen Ranian street, Istiqlal street and the work in this part will be concluded by next month, according to Assistant to the mayor for engineering Affairs Fawzi Mosa’ad.
In the same line, GAM completed the same step on the Sport City Circle, he added.
Such U-turns will serve all the vehicles coming from Shaheed , Sharif Nasir Ben Jamil, Abdel hamid Sharaf and Wasfi tal streets.
