Mayor of Amman, Eng. Nidal Hadid inaugurated, yesterday, the Summer Camp of the Greater Amman Municipality, which is held for the second year running. This year’s camp themed With Jordan We Grow and takes place at the King Hussein Parks, near the Medical City in Amman. The camp is open until end of this month, to be followed by another summer camp due for opening on August 3.
GAM’s Summer Camps aim at enhancing self talents at the youth and children who are taking part in its various activities that are distinguished with the Jordanian essence. Such activities mainly based on the Jordanian traditions and social values, such as preparing the Arab coffee, the bread baked on tin, touristy trips and informative sessions.
