Administration Assistant in the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) Eng. Ismael Osta called for a collective efforts by all employees to proceed with the development in all departments in the municipality.
He valued the ongoing efforts to unify divan procedures in all district is in line with the directives of the Amman Mayor Eng. Omar Maani.
During the opening of a dialogue workshop director of the Diwan Department Hatem Hneiti said “this workshop would develop the services , by focusing on upgrading the performance in the districts,”
He added that the based on the results of a survey conducted to link the districts with the systems in the center including, the automated-divan system, the citizens relations management system and the electronic archive system.
