The editorial of the issue number 170 of Amman magazine, a bi-monthly periodical published by the Culture Directorate of Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) came under the title Who Thinks of Renaissance by the Chief Editor and Executive Manager of the directorate Samer Khair Ahmad. He said: The collective will of the nation is absent in the current civilized yet difficult circumstances. But is there any individualistic wills available. Are there any individualistic ambitions to help move the nation forward: maintaining the glorious past and yet observing all the elements of the current age. He further justified his rhetorical questions by saying The apparent behavior of those we believed to have dedicated themselves to the main cause of their nation the renaissance cause does not give any evidence that they are really interested in such renaissance. This behavior does not indicate that they have small work plans in the absence of the integrated work plan of the whole nation both in terms of development and strategy.
