Jordanian children delivered on Monday the worlds largest greeting card to His Majesty King Abdullah II on his birthday. The children expressed their sincere fondness and affection to the King by assembling hundreds of paintings into a massive structure that designed the map of Jordan into the colors of flag. The greeting card was organized and supervised by Zaha Cultural Center of Greater Amman Municipality, and was displayed on Monday at the King Hussein Parks in a special ceremony patronized by Mayor of Amman and members of GAM council. Director of Zaha Center, Mrs. Rania Sbeih autographed the greeting card as permission to deliver it to King Abdullah. The children chanted national songs in jubilation of the event, which is the first of its kind in the world. Sbeih said that the idea behind the greeting card was first emerged from the center in cooperation with public and private schools in Jordan, where more than 6000 children, aged between 8-14 took part in the process, which was accomplished in 45 days.
