Mayor of Amman, Engineer Omar Maani received yesterday H.E. Ahmad Rizq, Ambassador of Egypt to Jordan. During the meeting, Maani emphasized the significance to enhance the twin agreement between the Greater Amman Municipality and its counterpart in Cairo, and to transform its words into deeds that serve the bilateral interests of both countries.
Maani also called for better exchange of scientific know-how and knowledge that would help promoting the municipal services on both sides. On his part, Rizq praised the strong bilateral relations between Jordan and Egypt, and he commended the rapid development in Amman, notably in its infrastructure and municipal services. Rizq also regarded highly the efforts by GAM to preserve the beautification of Amman.
